nothing too exciting has happened lately, so that's why I haven't 'blogged' in a while! So, in the mean time, here are a couple of videos that make me laugh OUT LOUD, every time I watch them! :) in the 2nd video, please notice #36..! but make sure you watch both videos, all the way!

trip to greenville!

what a day! today, after my spanish class I drove up to Greenville to grab lunch& shop for the day with Mama, Tricia, and Courtney and little baby Durham! When we sat down to eat lunch at Chipolte (yummy) I began to start itchy all over my legs! Mama told me to stop, and I couldn't! So I told all of them how every night when I go to sleep, I wake up the next morning with 50 million bugbites all over my legs and arms! Mama was worried, and Mrs. Tricia swore they had to be fleas! So come to find out, the people that lived in the apartment before me had not one, but TWO cats! so yes, im thinking i have fleas in the apartment i live in! oh joy... SO to fix this problemo we went straight to the closest drug store, Rite Aid.. and we got this citrus smelling powder and itching cream! haha! So enough of that, then we continuted to shop the rest of the day! When i arrived back at home the first thing i did was sprinkle the powder allllllll over my carpet, in my bathroom.. everywhere! Then I washed all my sheets! Then i made myself some dinner and off to my night class i went! When I got back home this time, I vacuummmed everywhere! and Changed my sheets! so now i have a great smelling citrus(y) room! :) and clean sheets! :) I'm such a good cleaning lady- HA! and i thought i couldnt do it! :) here are some picture from today!

Football! :) :)

Thank goodness for weekends with football! LOVE them! today has been a wonderful day, i miss home but theres nothing new about that! anyways, clemson's 2nd home game was today! so much fun! a trip to the stadium which on a normal day only takes less than 5 minutes in the car...game day however is a slight differance.. meaning it tooks us like an hour and a half to get to the tailgate spot! crazy! so we got their, ate our 'brunch' tailgate food and headed into the 12 oclock game! well into the first five minutes of the game, it starts to rain.. so we get soaked. after halftime, a delay came across the sound system saying they had spotted lightning ( i never saw it! ) but there was a 30 minute delay and everyone had to evacuate the stadium! THEN we finally come back and ANOTHER delay happens.. thankfully after being soaking wet and freezing cold Ali's parents had some box seats near them that were open! so we were able to sit in a covered area for the fourth quarter! so overall a great saturday! tomorrow is sunday and im going to newspring church in the morning and i cant wait! sadly its the last day of the weekend, which means another whole week of school...boooo! oh well! thats all for now! Go Tigers! OH YEAH! and the Florida gators won! even though i kinda like tennessee too, i pulled for the gators! so yay! go tim tebow ;) haha! (hes my future husband.) anyways! have an awesome rest of the weekend! love<3

Tonight hasn't been too great of a night for me.. but lets start off on a good note! After my last class today, I went on the 'oh just lovely' clemson university campus, to the parking service place! On my way to this lovely building I passed many things that i had never seen before at clemson- for example, Harcombe which one of the cafeterias at clemson, also i passed many dorms and places where classes are! so that was pretty cool i guess! so after all of this i finally got to the parking service place, long story short i talked to the lady, and she said that when you're issued a ticket for the first time, its just a warning and dont have to pay it.. well.. i didnt know that, so i just paid the $10 the first time, so today she said that this second one would be counted as my free one, UM THANK GAH! it was the $96 dollar one! *mama and daddy were happy about that one* haha! so now what do i do about going to fca thursdays? well i now i have temporary parking permit for clemson! so yay, thats the good news! the bad news is that i am bored out of my mind and really dont like have lots of friends like i had when i was back home! tonight was the first time i actually felt "alone" i guess you could say. My roomate went out of town, so its literally just me! :( my other friend that i normally hang out with, went on a date, she offered for me to come stay with her after, but i just feel like i need to have myquiet time and just talk to God for a while. anyways, i get so off topic haha! but i went to target tonight to get a few things, everyone i saw had some one with them, and it was just me all alone, i felt like such a loser. i hated it! and walking in to target made me get this huge lump in my stomach, i didnt like it. it was like walking into a new place and new things and new people, and i didnt like that either. even though most targets are all alike, it felt so different to have my mama, or SOMEONE there with me! :( i dont like doing things on my own, clearly. I just want to meet lots of friends, and always have something to do! because lately i havent.. So please just keep me in your thoughts and prayers, i need them!

...oh how LOVELY!

as if you couldn't already tell..I am just LIVID! I forgot to leave an important event that recently happen to me! So, basically to have something to do every thursday night, I decided to get involved with FCA, okay..great right? yes! I love every minute of it, and its a great way to see/meet people! BUTTTTTT, yes...theres always a but... fca did not take place last thursday due to the Clemson game, however..the thursday before that I got a parking ticket, no big deal right? only $20 .. but only $10 if paid before due date.. so of course.. the very next day I sent off my check to the lovely clemson university parking services! So tonight I asked MANY clemson students, where I should park.. so I wouldn't receive such a lovely peice of CRAPPY paper! Thankfully, all my friends knew exactly where I should park, behind Sikes( a building at clemson) where the teachers park, because after 5, and on weekends any one can park there.. so I was thinking GREAT! I won't get a ticket, and the few extra steps and stairs won't kill me! ....LITTLE DID I KNOW....... that when leaving fca, I go back to my car and what do I see? oh just lovely, ANOTHER PARKING TICKET!? really clemson university? really?!!? UGH! I am so upset/mad/frustrated/annoyed ! They are slowly making me not want to transfer to Clemson...okay thats a little bit far fetched, but still I am highly upset with Clemson Police right now! and ITS ALL BECAUSE I AM GOING TO FCA! so, tomorrow after my class is over I am heading STRAIGHT to the parking service whatever building and appealing this junk, cause this is just simply ridic! I am so so so so so so mad! do yall want to know how much this ticket is? ill humor you and say only $10 dollars...WRONG! oh, its a whopping $96 ... (of course 50% off if i pay it before the due date) but hopefully they will make me not pay it at all... or atleast this is what im gonna hope for! :( ...well on a brighter note, thank gah i only have 3 classes tomorrow.. and im done at lunch time! and THANK GAH I am going to the clemson football game saturday. .....by the way.. did i mention how mad i am?

What an adjustment!

My my my! What a major adjustment in life I've been going through lately. First off, it STILL weirds me out that I'm in college, I just don't feel old enough! My first week of college, was a huge shock for me, most of you know that I do NOT do well on my own, meaning I get homesick very easily.. and most of you know I can't cook! (yet at least) -so welcome to college life taylor, frozen dinners and sleeping with pillows all around me and a night light on! ha ha no really I do. (not to mention I made my mother stay with me for the first few days!) I never realized this before, but I was so spoiled living at home because not only did I have my parents, brother and sister to help me out, my dad woke me up everyday for school, and mom was right behind him with a cup of coffee for me! Clearly I don't have this routine anymore, considering i've slept past my 9 o'clock class TWICE already..not something to brag about, i know! :\ but hey, at least I called and told my mom both times! ha ha OH! and heres a plus, I don't have cable, and i've met absolutely no one, so what do I do in my free time? Go 'window shopping' and sit on facebook 24/7! And sleep! ..and study of course. College= 10 times harder than high school for sure! A real plus about this whole "living in Clemson" thing, is that I got season tickets to all the Clemson games! My family never really came to the games, even though we're all clemson fans, with the exception of Jessica (being a Carolina fan) so any time that I've been to Clemson games before, its been with a friend! So yay for me having tickets with a girl I cheered with in high school (which i miss terribly, by the way). Last week was the first clemson game, and this time my family came up, except for my brother! So it was Daddy, Mama, Jessica, her boyfriend Nick, and me! We had so much fun! and it was even better because Clemson won, and Jessica and Nick were good sports and didn't complain about being at a Clemson game! Even though I haven't "met" anyone, my roommate goes to Anderson University, she graduated a year before me, we also had a class or 2 in high school together! Also, I know a good bit of people who are already at Clemson University! Lauren Rush is a junior at Clemson, and we also had classes together in high school, she's took me under her wing in SO many ways so far! Im so thankful she's one of my friends! Last week, lauren and I went to Greenville to a book store to meet Nicholas Sparks! Even though we had to wait 2 hours to meet him, it was well worth our time! :) We got his brand new book autographed! LOVE HIM! I know this blog has been jumping around alot, but there has just been SO much going on and I know I forgot a lot, but hopefully ill be pretty good about keeping this thing updated! :)
